What this website collects, why it collects it, how long it is kept, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected here is Raul Ferreira de Oliveira Neto, CNPJ 37.703.604/0001-04. For any question about this policy or your data, write to comercial@prismacoders.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form — name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the type of need you select, and the message you write. Alongside it we record technical data sent by your browser: the page you submitted from, UTM campaign parameters, your IP address and your user agent.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry the conversation forward. Technical and campaign data tells us which channel brought you, so we can spend on the ones that work. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers that host this site and deliver our email.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. UTM parameters are stored in your browser session only, so a form submitted after browsing still records where you came from. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are planned; when they are enabled this section will name them and a consent banner will appear before any of them load.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe, which every email carries a one-click link for.
Your rights under the LGPD
You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, ask for a copy, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to comercial@prismacoders.com and we will respond within 15 days, the term the LGPD sets for access requests.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects data already collected, tell affected people by email.
