What we can build.
Each one starts from a process you already have and ends with the information inside your system.
Document reading
Invoices, bills, contracts, forms. The AI reads them, fills in the fields, and someone checks before saving.
Assistant over company data
Ask "how much did we sell to this client last quarter?" and get the answer from the ERP and spreadsheets, without opening a report.
AI automations
Telling serious leads from browsers, summarising tickets, drafting replies, sending each order to the right queue.

Some processes don’t need AI, just a simple automation. We look at that first, with you: what to automate, which data can be used and how to tell whether it worked.

Emails that become work orders, with nobody sorting them by hand.

- Service requests arrived by email and had to be read, classified and turned into work orders across the operation’s different systems.
- What we built
- An AI automation that reads each email’s content, triages it and creates the matching work order, integrated with the operation’s different systems.
- Result
- Work orders created from the content of incoming emails and integrated with the operation’s systems, between 2024 and 2025. The relationship goes back further: from 2017 to 2020 we built and maintained their medical systems for customer service and clinical research supplies.
