What this website collects, why it collects it, how long it is kept, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form — name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the type of need you select, and the message you write. Alongside it we record technical data sent by your browser: the page you submitted from, UTM campaign parameters, the Google click identifier (gclid) when you arrive from one of our adverts, your IP address and your user agent.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry the conversation forward. Technical and campaign data tells us which channel brought you, so we can spend on the ones that work. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers that host this site and deliver our email.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Ads, and Google Analytics when enabled, to see which channel and campaign brought you here. Those services load as soon as you open the site and store cookies in your browser, holding an identifier that carries neither your name nor your email. We use that data only to measure where visits and enquiries come from, and we neither sell it nor share it with anyone beyond Google itself. If you would rather not be measured, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, use the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or browse in a private window. UTM parameters and the gclid stay in your browser session and are sent with the form, because they are part of the message you send us.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe, which every email carries a one-click link for.
Your rights under the LGPD
You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, ask for a copy, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to comercial@prismacoders.com and we will respond within 15 days, the term the LGPD sets for access requests.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects data already collected, tell affected people by email.
